The bed provided a solid night's sleep, much needed after a long day.

There was a persistent sewer odor coming from the bathroom sink, made the stay uncomfortable.

Really great experience there. Nice hotel with peaceful location in the middle of jackson. Location not far from highway exit, Ludlow, and a restaurant. Big beds, comfy rooms. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

The building is nice and the rooms are perfectly clean.

Just refurbished rooms. Parking at the door. Decent breakfast, if a little bit limited.

The check-in process was rude. I was met with a cold "ID" and no pleasantries. There were spiders outside my door, and I had to use bug spray every night to deal with them. When I asked for ice the morning I checked out, I was told it wouldn't be available until 8 a.m., which was inconvenient after spending over $500 for my stay.

There is an odor that hits you as soon as you open the door. It is hard to describe somewhat like years of stale tobacco. However, once in the room you get use to it. I never had bare feet on the floor. I used a towel when sitting on the chairs. So, basically relatively clean but not comfortably cleaN.

Save your time

A quick stop here revealed a tired place with little to offer. The sheets were clean, and I appreciated the helpful manager. Don't expect breakfast or any dining options, though.

Rosemary was super helpful. The location is convenient, close to the highway exit, great for my travel plans. The room was cozy for a solo traveler and had just what I needed. Clean sheets always make a big difference!

It reminded me of just a basic place to crash. No real character. The check-in was a bit awkward with the manager handing me another guest's reservation at first. It did the job without any major issues, just lacked any extras like food or coffee.

I really appreciated the clean refrigerator and fresh sheets . There's a nice outdoor area to relax in and the pool looked inviting. The only thing I noticed was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow, but overall, I would definitely return 😊
